Whisky Walaa Brothers started as a bet between brothers, a dare that the dusty back-streets of small-town India held more cinematic gold than any studio lot in Mumbai or LA. We were right.
We are a film production house that believes the most powerful stories are the ones hiding in plain sight, in your grandmother's kitchen, your village's oldest argument, the silence between a father and son on a rooftop at midnight.
We don't retrofit local stories for a global gaze. We trust the local to be inherently universal, because grief is grief in any language, and love doesn't need subtitles.
